The above video very succinctly describes the meditation process as we teach it and practice it.  Some of the specifics may be different, as each practitioner has his/her preference for movement (Qigong or Hatha Yoga), and mantras, or just watching the breath.  But put into place the specifics that work for you and you have the meditation process as we find it best applied and practiced.
